Our liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services shall be limited to the amount you have paid for the Services in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Oncello, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Services, including any violation of these Terms.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Arbitration Act 1996. The arbitration will take place in London, and the language of the arbitration will be English.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The unenforceable provision will be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Oncello with respect to the use of the Services. Any prior agreements or communications, whether oral or written, are superseded by these Terms.
